The 6/2/10 #SMchat is all about social media and corporate strategy. I really liked this infographic from Willis Wee that shows how social media is changing business. It presents a lot of questions on how to incorporate social media into your strategic planning.

    1) How can social media and social networks be leveraged to identify strategic objectives?
    2) How can social media and social networks be leveraged to refine strategy?

    If we have time, he thought it also might be interesting to discuss:
    3) Will social media only surface mainstream strategies targeting contested spaces, or can social media point towards disruptive, adjacent, “blue ocean”/”white space” or “long tail” strategies as well?
